Bed time story

Once upon a time, in the far lands of a mystic place, there where three children, all of whom were born to wealthy families. The children would play outside all day, pretending they were warriors who slay dragons, and rode upon horses of articulate muscles. Until one day, they're imagination got the better of them, when they came across a warlock, who granted them to powers to live out their wildest dreams. They children thought this was delightful, and continued to play their games.
That night, when they fell asleep, their dreams were similar to their games.. They were silently dreaming, when all of a sudden their dreams became reality, and they were caught in a war between the fair folk, and the children of Lilith. There was fighting, with Knights slashing swords, Children of Lilith baring their disease ridden teeth at their enemy, and the fair folk enchanting all. The children were frightened, not only for their safety, but for their return, as their way home was unknown. They ran from the battle, trying to find somewhere safe. After running until sun down, they stumbled across the most beautiful palace, it was of a high architectural structure, with windows facing a luxurious water side. They children were not reluctant to enter, they walked straight in. Inside there was this sweet scent, not entirely pleasant, which stung their nose. The children were too overcome by intrigue to pay any notice to the sweet scent, so they hurried on forward... After they had walked through the entrance of the palace, they came to two magnificent doors of oak wood, with intricate glass designs. They young children were so delighted with the beauty of the palace, they never questioned the safety of its walls, so they continued on.. In the next room, there were three large lounge chairs, of a peculiar nature, the children had never seen any like it before. The lounges were grand, and look comfortable, they hurried over, and each took a seat on a seperate lounge. The children ran their fingers through the soft, but odd texture of the upholstery, pondering why is was so irregular. They were excitedly talking amongst themselves, when they noticed a large buffet table placed in front of them. This table held the most delicious, rich desserts. The children were enthralled by the treats, and began to eat. They ate until their stomachs were contently filled with sweet, food. The children had noticed a slight change in the temperature inside the room, but were distracted by a box, containing toys of funny assortments. Wooden toy soldiers, dolls that look to be mad of glass, but in fact were made of ice. They immediately started to play with the toys when they were shocked into silence by a loud noise, sounding familiar to a bears roar. They children jumped to their feet, and ran to sit on the lounge chairs. After a few sort seconds await, the doors from the entrance swung open hastily, glass shattering everywhere. The children screamed involuntarily, scared by the disruption to the serenity they had in the palace. Rushing through the doors came a large wagon, with majestic scrolls and artwork decorating its exterior, inside sat the most handsome Prince, wearing a coat of thick fur. His face betrayed a strange beauty, as it was covered by tattoos, of foreign symbols and intricate swirls. Unlike any other, the wagon that carried the beautiful Prince, bare no wheels, instead it was moved by large creatures. They were tall, with broad, hunched over shoulders.. They walked on their knuckles, with smaller hind legs to push them forward. They had a similar stance to a gorilla, but they were different. They had pale white fur, with some soft, dull grey tips. Their faces were covered in thin pale hairs, revealing a fragile layer of olive toned skin underneath. Their large green eyes were fixed on the children... The Prince raised his left arm, using his right arm to push back the sleeve of his coat. Underneath his coat, was a slender pale arm, that look ordinary, excepts his skin had this faint glow, like an aura. His right hand traced a pattern on the lower part of his left arm, as complicated at the pattern looked to the children, the Princes face portrayed no signs of a struggle, as it bare no creases in between his thick eye brows. After he had finished tracing this pattern, a bright light shone in the room, momentarily blinding the children.. Once the children had regained their sight, they looked astonishingly at the Princes right arm, which remained raised, with the sleeve to his coat pulled back. On his arm were beautiful swirling marks, similar to the tattoos on his face, except these swirls were moving, like they were alive. Pulsing is if they showed the blood pulsing underneath his translucent skin. They strange marks flashed a brilliant red, then there was the pleasant noise of a birds harmless rhythm... After the rhythm stopped, the large creatures pulling the wagon, placed it on the ground, and rose to sit on their hind quarters. The creature nearest to the children began to speak in a gentle, deep voice.
"Children, are you here of invitation?" The creature said. The children all looked at one another, before the bravest one replied. "No, we're lost. We don't know where we are."
After this, the creatures and the children continued to interact with each other, in the means of working of why the children were in the forbidden palace. After further discussion, and a lovely feast, the creatures had worked out a way of returning the children to their homes. The children hopped into the wagon, and sat opposite to the mute Prince. The creatures picked up the wagon, which started to move forward, back out the entrance doors. They begun their journey home... the end.
